Mr. Sreekanth, aged 44 years, has done his MBA in Marketing and comes with over 20 years of rich and diverse experience across the Real Estate and international property consulting industry. He specializes in Corporate Real Estate Services, Lease negotiations, and Sales & Marketing with a proven track record of achieving revenues and targets. He is an expert in structuring complex land deals, managing large-value transactions, and delivering tailored real estate solutions for corporate occupiers, developers, and institutional investors.

He was previously associated with Cushman & Wakefield, where he held the position of Managing Director – Hyderabad. His association with C&W was close to 15 years. In his earlier roles, he has worked with Bagmane Developers, Tishman Speyer, Ascendas and Purvankara in different capacities.
