Mr. Akshaykumar Chudasama holds a degree in Bachelor of Arts (BA) from St. Xavier’s College (University of Bombay) and an LLB from the London School of Economics (University of London), UK. He is enrolled as an Advocate with the Bar Council of Maharashtra and Goa, and as a Solicitor with the Law Society (England and Wales). He is also a member of the Bombay Bar Association, the International Bar Association, the Inter-Pacific Bar Association, the Entrepreneurs’ Organization and Young Presidents’ Organization.

Mr. Chudasama, a seasoned legal professional with over 3 decades of experience, has been practicing law since 1994. He is the Managing Partner of Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co. and heads the firm’s practice in the Mumbai Region. Renowned for his expertise in cross-border mergers & acquisitions and private equity transactions, he has advised clients across a range of sectors.
