Ramesh brings over 25 years of experience across nearly every facet of the real estate business. Prior to joining Mindspace Business Parks REIT, he served as CEO & Country Head at JLL India and as CEO, India, and MD, Market Development, Asia at Colliers. In these roles, he led the overall direction, strategy, and growth of both global professional services firms in India.

As the CEO and MD of K Raheja Corp Investment Managers Private Limited, the Investment Manager to Mindspace Business Parks REIT, Ramesh is responsible for driving the REIT’s overall success and long-term growth. His role spans strategic planning, financial management, portfolio management, investor relations, compliance, governance, team leadership, risk management, stakeholder engagement, market analysis, public relations, ESG initiatives, and mergers and acquisitions.

He is an alumnus of Harvard Business School.
